COVID-19 Customer Guidelines
ACI Computer Service will remain open during regular store hours for the foreseeable future.
However we stand ready to follow instructions from government agencies in the event we must close for the safety of the general public. In the meantime, we request that customers take note of the following guidelines to help keep everyone safe during this public health emergency:
- If you are sick or have symptoms of COVID-19: Please do not enter
Taking care of your own health is important. However now more than ever we must be mindful of the risk we might pose not only to the people we come in contact with, but their family, their friends, and their coworkers who might be affected by something we could pass on. So please, if you are feeling under the weather, take time out for yourself and come back when you are feeling better.
- Keep at least two meters distance from staff and other customers
“Social distancing is a way that we can slow the spread of COVID-19 by limiting close contact with others. Even though we are not sick, we should still keep about two meters (six feet) or the length of a queen-sized bed from one another when we can when outside our homes.”

- No more than two customers at a time
This is a very small store and there’s not a lot of room to maintain distance from other people. If the store is full, please wait outside or return later. If you need to drop something off, let us know. We’ll take your contact information and give you a call after the issue is fixed. If you would like to make an appointment, please call ahead.
- Customer equipment may be cleaned before service
We will be cleaning electronic devices before handling them. If you are allergic to any common cleaners, please let us know and we’ll try to make other arrangements.
